Avalon Family Dentistry is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Gilbert, AZ

Avalon Dental is a private practice in Gilbert, AZ. We are professional, kind and our goal is to provide a comforting environment for our patients to receive comprehensive and gentle dental care. Most of our staff has been with the practice for over 5 years and we care for and treat our patients like they are family. We would love to have you join our team!

We're looking for a candidate with two to three years of experience who is passionate about dental insurance and helping others.

We need someone to work Monday 8PM-5PM, Tuesday 8AM-5PM, Wednesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM, Friday 8AM-3PM. One Friday off a month.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment and will be able to set priorities and work effectively with colleagues. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Be the friendly face of the practice- patients will see you first when they walk in!
  • Confirm appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Help maintain a full doctor and hygiene schedule
  • Manage specialist referrals, correspondences, emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
